I bought these clamps for holding my window candles in place. In previous years, I've had to get rid of several sets of candles, because my cats knocked them over or someone knocked them over, etc. Eventually I tired of throwing away money, so I gave up having window candles altogether. Finally, about six months ago I saw this product recommended to me and, after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I don't know why window clamps had never occurred to me, but I'm really, really glad I found these. I ordered these clamps and three new candles. Well, I've had all three situated on my windows comfortably for several months now and have not had any issues. I'm thrilled I'm able to have my candles glowing every evening again without worrying about them falling over. My cats love to race through the house and leap up into the window sills or stretch out in the sun on the windowsills, and I've not had one problem since using these clamps. No more broken or damaged candles! Also, with all this suction, you'd expect them to be difficult to remove, but that isn't the case. Simply grasp the little tab on the suction cup and pull slightly, and they easily come off the window.A tip: My house is very old and very damp, so prior to application I make sure to wipe down both the clamp and the window very well and dry both thoroughly. Then I press pretty firmly, and voila, my candles stay in place. I highly recommend these little clamps. They work like a charm.

These are just what we wanted for our window candles to stay in place. Very durable and a great fit. Gone are the the old ones that warp or no longer stick for the season. Easy to use, though they are tight on the candles....a good thing.

Tried many different brands and almost resorted to using clear packing tape but these worked well holding candles in windows.

These do work. I recently bought a bunch of vintage 50's style window candelabra lamps. Rather than tape them to the glass I saw these. As other reviewers have stated, the plastic "clamps" have very little give to them. I thought I was going to break every one I installed. However, after installing eight, none of them broke. Suction cups held overnight so far. They seem strong enough to actually suspend the units off the windowsill if you are so inclined. Does the job!

These little suction cup candle holders solved my ongoing problem of having electric candles sitting on narrow window sills and having had to tape the base of the candle to the sill so they don't constantly fall off the sills. (I use candles with cords, as I don't like replacing batteries constantly.) These work quite well (though you have to renew pressure on them now and then to sort of renew the suction. A plus is that I can actually open the window an inch or two at night if I want to: the candle goes up with the window (assuming you don't have a corded candle with a very short cord). Also the clip and suction cup are pretty unobtrusive -- they don't upstage the look of the candle.

The candles had a tendency to tilt away from the window instead of staying straight

These are an inexpensive way to hold window candles (the ones with a small base) to the window. My window ledges are too low and the shrubs at the front of the house would hide the candles. Now I can raise them up so they can be seen. TIP: When I first put them on the window, I just suctioned them on. Later in the evening, I heard one fall. I remembered that a little drop of the water will make them suction better. Did that, and they've stayed in place just fine. Also, don't be afraid to push the candle hard into the clip. They are tight. It's a cheaply made product, but it works.

All I have ever wanted to do in terms of Christmas decorating was to put candles in my windows. I was never able to do so bc I don’t have ledges, until I found these!!! They are so easy to assemble and work like a charm. They’ve made my Christmas this year and for many more to come!

Works better than I expected. The suction is phenomenal. It stayed in the window until I removed it after the holidays.
