Bought this to seal around my fireplace insert surround (for the first time, so that will tell you...if a noobie can do it, so can you with this!). The package arrived fast, great quality and easy to use. Would recommend this seller and the product. Adhesive made it easy but also didn’t lose its stickiness when we had to peal back up an area and stick it back on. Will be back!

Our pellet stove was burning terrible and making lots of build up in the burn pot. Somehow it appears the ash pan was warped. Anyway I used this in place of the OEM 1/8" gasket and the stove is running like new again. $30 seems high for a gasket but it was a 10 foot roll so I will be able to replace the gasket 1-2 more times for that same money. The quality of this gasket is very high and although messy (fiberglass shedding) it seems very good. Also the adhesive stuck the gasket very well and I expect this will last a long time.

I used this to fill gaps in a smoker fire box door. It has served its purpose, but the adhesive started coming off after just a couple of cooks. There's still enough adhesive that the strips haven't fallen off yet, but it looks like it's only a matter of time.

The adhesive lasted one use, so now I cram the pieces in the gaps to some effect. Any attempt to use the adhesive against the force of gravity proved useless.

Good stuff! Be sure to know the thickness and width you want and order accordingly. Trimming is not easy.
