This product is definitely not heavy duty. The pieces were missing some of the screw holes it needed, so I drilled my own gently and this caused some of the wood to split. I just need this to store home office paperwork, but as soon as I can afford something better I will get rid of this. It’s kind of junky but since it does the job I will keep it as a temporary solution.

Got this for my wife's craft room, really great at organizing her 8 1/2 x 11" paper. Assembly was easy and fast. Make sure to assemble close to where you are placing, a bit heavy and awkward to move around. I placed rubber feet by the bottom screws so to keep screws from scratching surface. Would be great if they supplied small white stickers to cover the visible top screws, still a great product.

several of the shelves have the end strip peeling off and the gold screws look ugly on this product. It's too heavy to return so we are stuck with this.

Product shipped without hardware kit, aside from that after assembling with locally sourced screws seems like a decent unit.

Wanted to open the box and get right to work, unfortunately now I need to wait because there was no hardware shipped with this product.
