Fits an Orion Skyquest XT 4.5 Dobsonian Tube (just). Anything bigger than that probably won't fit.They are nothing exceptional but taking price into account i give them 5 stars.

The rings arrived in perfect condition, with each bubble-wrapped separately, so the finish on each is flawless. I had been looking for a set of rings like these for quite some time, to mount my Meade ETX-90 OTA to a larger telescope, but found the prices not within my budget. It was my lucky day when I just happened upon these. The difference in price between them and the competitors was very significant so I purchased them right away. They are well-made and strong but light in weight. With the ETX-90 installed, there is plenty of room to grow and I believe you could manage a Meade ETX-125 OTA or similar sized telescope leaving enough space for alignment. IMHO, there is no reason to purchase any competitors product. I am 100% satisfied in every way and can highly recommend them to anyone.

Regular tube rings for telescopes with 144mm exterior diameters are difficult to find, and those that are available at present are very expensive, so I gave these a try. I don't understand why the outside is where the ring is thinner rather than the inside, but otherwise this tube ring is well designed and worked for my purposes.

Exactly what I needed for a Meade ED 102. Plenty of room for adjustment, smooth, and doesn't mar the tube at all with the inserts.

Great finish perfect holes and threads. The thumb screws are great! I especially like the inserted rubber ends. Very pleased
