How to Use These Emitters:
- Place the emitter stakes strategically so that the plant's root ball will be kept damp but not soaked.
- Adjust the flow for each plant and again every season according to the plant size. TIP: Remember to reaccess requirements as they grow and needs change!
- Use a timer to water twice a day for only 5 or 10 minutes, depending on the plant's needs and weather.
- Test to make sure the moisture is getting where you want it. TIP: Don't assume rain means you can turn off the irrigation system. Leaves can redirect rainwater so it doesn't actually reach the roots!
MORE TIPS:
- To make the tubing MUCH easier to work with, just soak it in warm to hot water or lay it out in the sun for a little while to soften.
- Be sure to hold the hole punch at a right angle to the tubing when you punch a hole and you'll get a perfect seal around the barb of the emitter.
- Always a good idea to flush the system a bit before installing emitters to clear any debris.
- Create your lateral lines (1/4-in. tubing and emitters) BEFORE hooking them up to the main line.
- ALWAYS cut the tubing LONGER than needed! Much easier to trim off excess than to try to come up with additional lengths of tubing if miscut too short!
- Your emitters farthest from the faucet will need to be set on a freely flowing adjustment due to loss of water pressure.
Why do you need an automatic drip irrigation system for your container or raised garden? Simple. Containers dry out so quickly that they often require once or even twice daily watering in hot weather. So just bite the bullet and do it. These emitters worked perfectly for our irrigation systems in our veggie garden as well as for the perimeter hedge, so I don't have to lug around hoses to water them each day. A real time-saver that we should have done long ago.

These are so easy to use, just as good quality and stability as those at big box stores but you get so many for the same price. Water flow is easily adjusted and work so well I we t back and ordered two more bags of them. They are extremely stable when placed in the ground. Awesome product.

I would have given these 5 stars if they, like the other brands, included the little fittings needed to attach the 1/4" hose to the main hose. These nonetheless are easy to use, economical and look as though they will last in the elements.

I recently bought these adjustable 360 degree irrigation drippers to water my plants, and I'm so glad I did! They're a great way to water my plants evenly and efficiently. I connected them to my underground watering system so they're on a schedule and my garden has been so much more hands-off (set it and forget it) The fact I can adjust each dripper to let out the needs for the individual plant is awesome.The drippers are easy to install. Just insert them into your irrigation tubing and adjust the flow rate to your desired setting. The drippers also have a 360 degree rotation, so you can water your plants evenly in all directions.I've been using these drippers since the start of the summer planting season, and I'm really happy with them. The sprinklers work great but the insert for 1/4†pipe is slightly larger than others I’ve bought in the past and it makes installing them difficult. I wouldn’t buy this brand again.

They're sturdy, and have seven little, adjustable water spouts. Great value for the money. For those who complained that it's hard to couple them to the irrigation tubing, it's true. You can heat up the spout as mentioned, but a tiny dab of Vaseline on the spout did the trick for me. I definitely recommend these.

Was what I needed and the price was very fair!! Have to see about the quality but these look and feel very durable.
