Well built, very sturdy, adjustable and very easy to assemble. I have placed another paddle board as well as a kayak and it works great! Highly recommended.

Easy to put togetherHowever I did use my own tools and not that little wrench that it came with.So far seems very sturdyOnly complaint would be that where the post connect together you can’t have an arm at the same location

I'm overall happy with this product. No missing parts. One of the stick-on protector foam pieces running on top of the racks was messed up but that's not a big deal. They will all be messed up in due time but that can be remedied some other way or not used at all. Par for the course I did assemble and disassemble many times! The paper instructions are a joke and are a print out of an instruction video. My son and I tried tapping on the triangle on the paper to make the video play but it wouldn't 🤣. Don't even look at those instructions. Do keep in mind there are 2 different size bolts. I learned the hard way. I decided to put a kayak on the bottom/floor then I installed an arm to fit above that kayak and worked my way from there. That was after I messed up previously! As others have said, there is a location where you cannot put an arm due to the assembly of the main structure. I did work around that location midway up. This is a 4 kayak rack and I made it hold 5! My kayaks are nearly 50 lbs each and I believe this stand is perfect for my needs! Good luck!

I got the 3 level model. The material seem fine and strong to handle the kayaks. The supports have some type of rubber like tape to avoid scratching/damage to the kayak, unfortunately those peeled off right away. If damage from the supports is a concern for you, you can always use some towel or cloth to create some soft padding between the support and the kayak. The assembly was not hard, however instructions were terrible ( a single photocopied piece of paper with black and white pictures). In my case, the list of materials and the final product did not match with the pieces provided, yet the unit could be put together without anything missing. I guess, they have changed the design and it is not reflected in the information provided on the item's listing.I only needed two levels. So, I only used 2 of the supports. I am glad I did not need the third one because it seems like there was not that much room left for it.When putting the unit together, you pretty much need to keep looking at the product's webpage listing to figure out where each piece goes.FYI: The long screws are needed to attach the posts to the base (vertical use), while all the others are inserted across (horizontal use). Also, when fixing the posts to the base make sure the holes in the posts are facing/near the front side of the stand otherwise you will not be able to attach the supports for the kayaks.

Love how large it is. Was easy to put together and with the adjustable arms very easy to set up for the correct height for each of my kayaks.Only thing I would add is they could add an extra hook for the very top kayak to attach a bungee cord to.

Packaging was bad. Hardware bag broken open and instruction sheet stuck to packing tape and ripped, inside the box. Bolts were the wrong length. Seems to work well and plenty sturdy!!

My collection of kayaks is growing quickly. This rack solved my storage and organization issue. I am also able to hang two more kayaks on the back side using cam straps.
