I have a rack system and this bench satisfies all of my weight training requirements. I can do flat, incline, and decline presses, use it for seated exercises, dumbbell curls with the preacher curl pad, and the leg extension for exercising lower quads and hamstrings. Very solidly put together.

Unit arrived on time, materials were packaged very well, assembly was about 45 min. This unit is well engineered and the paint finish is good.All in all a very versatile bench!
