Copy clearly states it does not include weights. Vendor should be penalized because someone is too lazy to read the description. This is a good option because it's adjustable and you don't have to pay shipping for dead weight.

I did not like it at all. I have not used it. It is not usable without the weights.

Be cautious of this item. It advertises as if it comes with weights but it's just the vest you'll be getting
