I bought these as a basic pencil sharpener for younger children’s Christmas boxes because the price was right. I prefer sharpeners with 2 holes for smaller and larger pencils or crayons. They do have an attached box to catch pencil shavings which puts them at the upper end of cheap sharpeners. It’s one way to reach more children because the price is good for the product.

These are ok. They sharpen ok. The covers sometimes fall off. I buy them because they are inexpensive and I need them for Christmas shoebox gifts. I throw an extra one in each pencil pouch just in case they have trouble with one. Even doubling up, it’s a good value.

These are so cute. Teenie! They work well. I often put two sharpeners in my OCC shoeboxes. I will for sure do that with these. They will be fun for little ones to use. Reminds me of those I had in my childhood. We didn't have the caps to catch the shavings back then. That is a good feature.
