This helmet is lightweight, easy to adjust, comfortable, and easy to clean. Absolutely no issues there. What is an issue, and not a big one, but important to me, is that I was supposed to receive a carry bag for the helmet. Normally, I wouldn't really care. However, these helmets, along with our Ebikes, will be travelling the country with us in our RV. The bag would be really handy to store the helmet and protect it. My wife did get a bag with her helmet (same brand), and it is sturdy enough to help prevent damage. Hopefully, the manufacturer will read this and reach out to me.

Thank you for providing a quality product at a reasonable price. My wife and I are very happy with our bike helmets. It took a little time to make all of the initial adjustments, but once these are done, using the helmets is easy. We appreciate having the draw-string storage bags - this is a nice addition that we weren't expecting. Even the plastic bags they arrived in are a good quality, fairly heavy weight plastic. The only thing that could use some improvement is the instruction sheet. The print is way too small and the drawings are a little hard to understand.
