Each harlequin set features velveteen material accented with gold bells. Each sets include matching costume hat, collar, and shoe covers. Each fun Mardi Gras hat fits about 60 cm and stands about 7 inches tall. The jester hat point is about 9 inches from center to tip of bell. The matching collar has an inner diameter of 6 inches, with connecting hook and loop fastener on each end. 9 points with alternating colors and accenting bells, each point is about 6.5 inches long.
