I’ve seen other tutus and they never seem full enough for my wife’s taste, but this one passes my wife’s expectations. She has already worn it several times for our sexy fun time. I could not be more grateful for this tutu. It is much better than expected: the tulle is as full as can be and my wife says it’s comfortable to wear. The tutu is very well made, with quality materials, and we would recommend this to anyone!

While this is more limp than in the photo, there are a lot of layers of tulle to give it "flounce." It is a good medium size for costuming, but isn't an authentically styled tutu. I put a friend in this for an ironic grunge look.In the photo my friend is holding up boning hoop platform underneath (because it was limp) for me to see if that was the effect I wanted, so the way it sticks out does not accurately portray the result of this, but it does show the layers and possibilities.It was easy to further decorate with super glue and gems, and also fabric tape sticks well to this! That doesn't work with all tulle.

This bright blue tutu is great for spirit wear, school colors, class colors, dress up, or costumes! It has several layers of tulle so it is quite thick. There is a white elastic band at the waist which is generous enough for kids, teens, or adults to wear. The skirt is meant to be worn with leggings or shorts because it is rather short. The tulle is surviving pretty active wear from a 9 year old and it hasn't ripped or lost layers yet!

I received this tutu in Black and it had a strong odor that I was not pleased with. It is fairly full and fluffy but it really is far too short and I'm only 5'2, 108 pounds. The waist band in my opinion is too large so for me it just wasn't a match and I prefer a bit longer of a length in my tutus. It seems well made and if you are looking for a shorty short tutu you may luv this one

This is a short tutu (correct measurements as advertised) that is very fluffy, sheer and comfortable to wear. I got black and it did have a nice, stretchy, wide black elastic waistband that did not roll and stayed comfortably on my hips. Certainly revealing even with multiple levels of tulle, wearing tights or leggins or shorts underneath is necessary. It did have a slight odor that dissipated quickly with the aid of airing out and storing a scented fabric softener sheet in the bag. Upon opening the bag, I thought it was kid sized, but was surprised how nice it fit an adult!

I wear a size 10-12 in pants and there is still room to stretch for larger sizes. It's very short and fluffy.

This is awesome! Came without any noticeable wrinkling or crinkles, which won’t last forever but this is a very well-made and very fluffy tutu
