Love this so much! I rarely use it yet, just playing around to do sets of 10 or 20. Already I can feel my shoulder blades expanding, and inner thighs getting stronger and my arms too. Keep this as a lazy workout option! When I’m watching tv or sick in bed Ill get my heart pumping for a quick second. I plan to keep a lifestyle change and do tiny changes, and eventually it will all add up to daily habits and longer workouts and a stronger body. Don’t worry if you’re doing it correctly. Just breathe! And hold your body somewhat firm in as best “alignment†as you can. You will build upon your own strength.

I’m need to strengthen my groin muscles as well as my abductors and adductors and this works well and is easy to use. I took away one star bc the plastic is not super sturdy but it gets the job done and I would totally recommend this.

The 1st exercise I tried was my triceps, then squeezing(arms) them above my head,then the thighs. Awesome, u definitely feel the workouts. Will be getting another one for my partner in Japan🇯🇵

Product is hard to grip between thighs. I have very strong, but pretty short legs and I haven't found a comfortable way to hold it between my thighs or knees without slipping. It does however work great for arm exercises, I just wish that was the primary reason I bought it.

Works really nice! Feels like it really is tightening my thighs. If you squeeze it behind your back, it is one heck of a tricep workout. It’s pretty sturdy & made out of good material. (If I would just use it more, I could give you more detail 😂)

I am using this for chest work and not thigh work. It is small, which I wanted. So I am able to place it easily in front of my chest and squeeze.Because it is small, it doesn't have as much resistance as a bigger one. And doesn't feel as sturdy.Overall for why I bought it and am using it for, it is good and ok price.

As with other reviews, I found this equipment to be squeaky at first, but that has faded away. The plastic parts seem cheap, so I use it carefully. It gets the job done - great inner thigh workout while home on quarantine. The resistance could be more, so I have to do more reps. I wanted something affordable so it's sufficient for short workouts sitting on conference calls. If I wear this one out or it breaks, I will most likely buy the Suzanne Somers one for twice the price if I'm seeing results and need more resistance. Overall, it's a great little device.

I love this toner so far! I was very surprised by the resistance and how much sweat I broke from working out with it! I am considered to be an advanced gym goer but I bought this to use while at my office. I wanted something light weight and easy to store. I love the color too! It’s awesome for what it is and pretty effective. The only thing I don’t like is the plastic center piece. I’m really not sure how long this piece of equipment will last because the center is made of cheap plastic. We’ll see! Other than that, I enjoy the resistance and the challenge it provides while I am at work 😊

Having bought this item in Oct 2024 with a lifetime’s warranty.The spring on the it em broke after less than 3 months use by my wife who is nearly 70years young and weighs about 8stone. The spring material is useless for this type of exercise machine.
