Highly recommend. Unit arrived much sooner than expected. Upon inspection two pieces had been damaged - not from lack of packing or inferior product. This was simply a shipping issue. Other than that the canopy was in good shape. Lynn in customer support handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I had the replacement parts in a few days. Lynn even checked in to make sure all had been handled to my expectations.Assembly was very easy and you can tell that this is a much higher quality than most other products. The actual canopy is very thick and heavy duty. I expect several years of good service in the Florida sun.The only complaint I have is that the instructions have a very small detail print.

Canopy was very easy to build & put together, did so myself. Though once it’s all together it’s helpful to have an extra hand if you plan to relocate it from where you put it together. The tarp roof is decent quality and I can see it lasting a couple years. It’s my plan to swap out the tarp for metal roofing once the tarp top starts to wear down. Very pleased with product!

I used this to cover my 20-ft 1990 Winnebago Warrior, and I love knowing that old girl is covered and protected from the weather, falling tree-junk, and recurring mold that were aging it too fast, down here in the Ozarks! The kit seems to be pretty good quality, although the poles are just 1.5" in diameter, as described, so not exactly beefy. Hardware is pretty mediocre but did the job. Frame went up easily enough, with the help of my wife, and the canopy itself is good quality and didn't tear or cause any undue difficulty. There are two levels of pole "extension" that you can add to get the desired height, but I would not opt to use the tallest—just not enough rigidity. (We did get a kick out of the two small pairs of white "Mickey Mouse" gloves that were included with the kit. Hilarious!)I had difficulty finding the exact pole spacing when putting a plan together for a semi-permanent installation (more details below), so here is that information: Lengthwise, poles are 78-1/8-in on center. Widthwise, poles are 115-3/4-in on center.I opted to set each post on a standard, open-core concrete block, and I first installed all the blocks using string lines + levels, while adding tamped-down, gravel base mixture under each block, to get them level and square. Once blocks were in place, each got an 18-in long slab of pressure-treated 2x10 on top, and these "caps" were staked down twice through the block and into the ground. Stakes were constructed from 30-in long pieces of 1/2-in rebar, each with a big washer welded about a 1-in from top, which allowed the stake to clamp the wood cap tightly down on the block. (Not easy to drive big, long stakes by hand, especially into rocky ground, but a 6-8lb sledge will do the job... if you can swing it, boys.) Then, once the carport frame was assembled, each carport pole was checked with a level and then bolted down to its block using two 5/16-in galvanized lags, through the included pole-foot and into the wood cap. As a final step, I plan to go back and run #10 self-tappers through many/most of the frame joints, just to give some extra strength.

It’s summer time, it is hot and sunny outside. Product was delivered on time. Need temporary shade for my car. Complete parts nothing missing. Easy assembly. You need someone to help assemble. Cover quality looks good. It is wobbly and definitely needs weights to hold the legs. Perfect shade fit for my car.

Of I could give this a zero star review, I would. Not only did the poles not hold up, they collapsed and damaged items under the tent. The site claims it has a one year warranty (ours was purchased about 6 months ago) but they have zero contact info on Amazon or their website.Don't purchase...Not only did a small amount of snow collapse the top, it fell further when the temperature dropped further. So much for the solid, sturdy steel poles they advertised with

I purchased the 12x20 carport in December. The item arrived when promised and was fairly easy to put together except I lost the instructions and had to reach out to the company for a replacement. Anyhow I was putting the final bungees on and was ready to secure the carport to the ground when a huge gust of wind came along, lifted the entire carport about 20' into the air throwing it about 30 yards away. We were able to get it back but discovered that several of the legs were bent beyond repair. I reached out again to Lynn at Oasis and she arranged to replace 4 legs and 1 frame piece and sent them to me for the cost of shipping only. Lynn followed up with emails to be sure I was ok. Today 1/25/25 my wife and I began to construct the carport again. We are very satisfied with Oasis and especially Lynn. Thank you!!

The metal structure is not as sturdy as other canopies I have used in the past. This one will require heavy wire triangulation to make it capable of handling winds in the 30 mph category. There should also have been a side panel option available. We use it as a carport.
