Fantastic quality, real copper mugs. I had purchased copper plated mugs that were something around 5 bucks each. I must say that spending the extra money is completely worth it. We tried a test and if this doesn't convince you that you truly need solid copper mugs. The test went as followed...We used three different mugs. A walmart brand "Copper Mug" that had a stainless steel inside. Super cheap. Second, we used copper plated mugs that was probably covering steel or some cheap metal. Third we used 2 different brands of solid copper mugs, including the advanced mixology versions. On am 80 degree day we experimented with how long it would take for the ice to melt and then for the drink to go cold. We made traditional Moscow mules (Vodka, Ginger Beer, real lime juice, Ice). We set them outside, in the shade and waited for them to melt. Suprisingly the cheap wal mart brand one actually beat out the "Copper Plated" version. The copper plated version's ice not only melted the fasted, but the drink went warm the fastest also. Then came in the solid copper mugs and I must say it wasn't even close. By the time the cheap wal mart mug's ice had melted, not only had the solid copper mug's ice not melted, they were still super thick! By the time the wal mart mugs were warm, there was still ice (albeit mostly melted) in the copper mugs. So then we tried freezing the cheaper mugs (1 hour in the freezer) and put them against the Solid copper mugs again. Again, solid copper blew them out of the water. The frost that had accumulated on the cheap mugs melted quickly and really didn't help much at all. In summary, if you want traditional looking Moscow mule mugs (or for whatever mixed drink) that will stay cold way longer then any frozen glass or cheap wannabe copper mugs, look no further. These are great!

Nice looking, comfortable and quality copper mugs! After reviewing numerous companies (researched lined or unlined and quality and safety), I ordered from three different companies allowing me to compare. As I only used them once, it's hard to compare longevity, but they all seem comparable (good quality, solid copper, rivetless interior handles) I enjoyed the incredible tasty, everlasting cold Moscow Mules! These mugs truly make a difference in the experience and quality of a moscow mule!Handles - I liked all three companies, but liked the handles comfort best from Advanced Mixology.Lifetime Warranty - Nice reassurance factorService - Excellent! Love receiving my mugs by Advanced Mixology the next day via Amazon Prime and great reviews from guests at my party!Excellent Communication - the only company that e-mailed me immediately after my order and like they notate this is the first of three e-mails I'll receive - which it was (immediately confirmed order, checking in on usage and care tips and final e-mail checking in again and asking for feedback on their product).Coasters - like they included coasters (another company did as well, but would be even nicer if they could create a circular divot in the coaster to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the mug - as it perspires, the coaster many times sticks to the mug. This is a small issue, and nice the coasters were included).I liked all three companies, but if I reorder, I would repurchase from Advanced Mixology!

I can imagine you have been lured in by the beautiful design and copper color, but likely turned off by the price. Let me tell you it is worth the price for these copper mugs. The craftsmanship is immediately evident the moment you take it out of the box and I'm sure these will last for years, with some polishing every now and then since copper naturally tarnishes. I have been looking for some time for a copper mug ever since I was served a ketel mule at a restaurant one time, and I wanted to make my own mule drinks at home as authentic as possible. Then again these mugs are so well made they will be my go to mugs for any and all mixed drinks I make at home. When you pour in some ice and then the cold drink, the mugs immediately start to condensate moisture, much like a refrigerator coil, giving you a perfect ice cold drink. The copper itself does react to some extent with acidic drinks (like say lime juice in a gin and tonic mix, which allegedly enhances the taste of said drinks. I think it might be true, or maybe I'm just too enthused by how awesome these mugs are.

After extensive research, and taking affordability into account, these are the mugs I landed on. Due to preference, I got the taller, cylindrical mugs...not the squatty, round ones. The first set I received had a few minor blemishes on the bottom of the mugs, so I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me two new ones and apologized for anything less than excellent slipping through their quality control. The customer service was truly exceptional.The mugs are of great quality, look awesome, and really do keep your drink super-chilled. I thought the copper mug was a bit of a gimmick, but they really do get exceptionally cold and putting your lips to a cold copper mug does enhance the drinking experience of a Moscow mule, for example.I will also say, in hindsight, that some blemishes on a handcrafted, copper mug should probably be expected and give each mug a bit of character. I just had not purchased many handcrafted, metal items before. With that said, I am still highly pleased with the level of customer service provided and the quality and beauty of the mugs. If you are looking for copper mugs, I would definitely recommend these!

Arrived in a shoddy thin box with no padding to assure the items inside weren’t beaten up (second time I’d ordered similar items due to a similar issue). This is a gift and as such, plus the price- not the cheapest option whatsoever, I thought it would have had a little more substance to it. Would not recommend! Having to look for items to present them in rather than gift then in this as it’s trash looking. I wouldn’t have paid more then £10 for these had I seen them before but sadly limited time means my options to replace are limited also 😞
