ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This is a scam. I have purchased this scent from aera directly before. So I decided to buy it from Amazon wrong decision! I put this into my machine couldn’t smell anything with my face to the opening. Then turned it up to 10 and still ZERO scent. This seems like someone placed water or something into it and resold it! DO NOT BUY.

I love the smell of Palo Santo. I mean, I love it. Expectations were super high. This has Palo Santo notes, but who has ever heard of Peru Balsam? Please, Aera, don't refer to obscure botanicals! Maybe there is an element of juniper notes. It smells woodsy, sweet and smokey. The reason for 4 stars is it was the weakest of the 7 scents I've purchased to date. So unless I am close to the device as it emits a dose of scent, it certainly does not fill the room. A disappointment.

Had 2 defective brand new cartridges of the Palo Santo scent. Both newly opened cartridges leaked once plugs were removed and caused the diffuser to power off.Please be aware, Aera for Home has a 60 day exchange policy on scent cartridges.While this is the first time I've experienced any defective scent cartridges, over a few years, sold by Aera for Home; it was disappointing that no replacements could be offered past 60 days. Any future purchases will be limited to what can be used within 60 days. Sadly, I'll no longer stock up on a variety of scents!
