19 1/2" x 19 1/2" size filters are so difficult to find. Home Depot doesn't carry them, Lowes had them, however, there were none as of the last time I checked. So, finding them with you is great and I should mention they work great!!!!!

The company that installed my hvac system did a hack job of creating the filter insert.. they told me 20 by 20 but it’s not a true 20x20… 19.5 by19.5 was the true size.. so after many years of putting different filters that never quite fit properly … this is the one Aerostar 1 , Brennan’s heating and cooling in northern VA -1 .

I moved into a new house and need to replace the AC filters. The ones in the return unit were mis-marked on the size. I ordered the wrong size. My error for not actually measuring the actual size. The company delivered the size I ordered but they didn’t fit. It was completely my mistake but they were very accommodating and allowed me to return my incorrect custom size. I ordered the correct size and they work great.

Not all A/C units will take a 20 x 20 size - including mine. Mine is specific 19 x 19 which you can’t find in stores. These fit perfect and it’s nice to have the entire box with extra on hand.

These fit but they are flimsy. No arrows in side to say what direction to put the filter. The packaging is just a white box. No arerostar logo either. I think I got scammed but I am desperate for any air filter that works at the moment. Have no idea if these are actually Merv rated much less Merv 13

Pricing and filter material seems decent but the cardboard frame is thin and weak. It bends too easily
