The keys in this set worked as a little thicker in construction that locked in place compared to a few other ones I tried on amerzon here that where too fine to lock and slipped out when trying to pull the unit outWould recommend

Given the price i was expecting a set of those cheap flimsy, “ i can barely make them work one time†tools. I can honestly say that i was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of these tools. They are the right thickness steel that will do the job over and over again. They wont bend or break if you need to use a little force to get the radio out. Not only that, but the kit also came with a instruction sheet covering all the tools, identifying which tool is for which car, and is written in actual english that gives good instructions on how to use them. They even include color pictures to help. I am a weekend DIYer and bought these assuming i would maybe use them once a year. But they are good enough that i could see a pro installer using them everyday.

Please don't look at these and expect a huge pack like the old roll up wrench packs. These are designed with one thing is mind, removing all those pesky OEM stereos that use specialty tools. I have to say, this kit covers all of those I've came across in 27 years of installing. It even covers all aftermarket din cages. A definite must for anyone who does a lot of audio installations on various vehicles

At first when I wanted to remove my car stereo on my Hyundai Sonata, I searched a DIY video on youtube without the proper equipment. It was a hassle. I was damaging the trims and interior of my car. I gave up and decided to purchase this on Amazon. It came soon, and I tried again ASAP. In less than a minute, I was able to remove the stereo and fix what I wanted to fix. I definitely recommend this product as it lets you do it the right way, and with 99% chance of not damaging anything.The only thing you should be catious of, they are very sensitive tools. The set I used bent when I used some force on it. I thought it was going to break. Otherwise, great product!

I received mine, but they're all covered in light beige, looks like corrosion, so I'm not convinced they're stainless!They appear to fit what I've tried them on, but the ones I tried were bent and needed straightened.All I can do is give an opinion on what I received, and I think the word is "average" from what I've seen so far.I've left one out in the weather to see if it rusts.
