Strap a bit low causing it to drag too much under water. Quality of material was good and sturdy.

What a great tube. very well built only drawback is the fill hole is forward of the opening. Highly recommend getting the ball in addition to stop the tube from becoming a submarine and dunking your passengers. It was fun to watch though!

Had to of come with a hole. My daughter weighs 45 lbs and my son weighs 65. It deflated right away. Can’t even return it because it only gives you the option to troubleshoot it. How do you troubleshoot poor quality? No way to contact seller. This tube is terrible.

I’m so freaking happy we purchased this. We took it out this weekend and the kids (teens) have had so much fun with it.It is the perfect towable inflatable, will fly in the air and make it a great time to be had by the ones on it.Perfect beach day towable inflatable. Definitely 5 stars. Super easy to inflate and put together to have a fun time

The tube appears to be in good condition but I cannot get it to hold air. It has a leak somewhere and mostly deflates in about an hour. I have only tried using it once. Then I refilled it and it was flat again a few hours later. I tried screwing the cap and valve on tighter. It is disappointing given the price and past the return period. I would buy a different once since there are many options.Update: the seller offered me a complete refund and didn’t ask me to return anything. They do seem to stand by their products.
