These pots are wonderful! I have always wanted to grow violets and they would immediately start to go down hill and eventually just die. Turns out they need to always be moist but not wet. Ahh, okay, not so easy. These pots are self are watering from below and my violets are strong and healthy and thriving now. So happy to have five beautiful violets not to mention these pots are beautiful in their own right.

Love it will probably buy more, took one star off because the pot at first, looked cracked, But it looks more like a seam.. if it leaks, I will update my post.

This indoor, self watering flower pot will compliment any decor and highlight the plant. I bought it to transplant a gifted and cherished African Violet plant. I wish I had taken a before and after picture because the plant simply came alive in the new pot.

I’ve had this beautiful pot for 4 days and when I lifted it there was a ring of water below. Thankfully I put it on a plastic saucer because I got suspicious. When I opened the box I went to rinse it to remove the foam pieces and as soon as the water touched the bowl part, dark lines appeared inside and out. I thought they were cracks, but the ones inside didn’t coincide with the ones outside. Because of that I sat the bowl filled it with water and let it sit to see if it will work or not. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures of those lines at the beginning. The pictures here are after the leak. Those darker lines are not showing anymore when rinsing the pot but now there’s a lighter line inside, visible in the picture. Not sure if maybe the water is coming from the ring at the bottom since it doesn’t look sealed. Debating to return or just keep with something underneath to catch the water. There was no moist around the bowl itself.

I have purchased 3 of these pots, and like the size and shape. My plants are happy in them. However, I have noticed that water seeps out of the ceramic at the bottom as the ceramic is not sealed. I have to place coasters under each of them to protect my furniture. I’m going to try spraying the bottoms with flex seal, but may have to get rid of these pots to protect my furniture.

The pot was expensive but my African violet is growing, thriving - was almost dead before.Now it is flowering and beautifulWorth the investment!
