First off, I purchased the .033" version and it allowed 15 lb. fluorocarbon to pass through twice to create the loop; for a perfect fit. I used these for "stinger hook" rig applications. Anyone with experience in making stinger hooks, should use these for the sliding adjustment loop on the lure hook assembly end. I still used the half-cinch knot option at that end. and these slide the half-cinch knot, nicely. It allows me to use a small orifice, bead as well to help grip to slide loop loose. I will probably purchase more in the future.

Kit included outer sleeves and inner sleeves. Maybe the inner are for filament but I was working with steel wire that was coated so the inner sleeves didn’t fit, so next time I’ll order a larger size.

These come in a small, very thick, pouch like clear plastic envelope and they seem like a good product.I got six packs or a total of 600 sleeves. Since I am 70, this many sleeves will probably last at least three more reincarnations. As long aqs the compqny does not charge my Amazon card for six packets I am cool with the whole thing. If they do charge me I will not be cool and get on Amazon's back if I can ever figure out how you just contact Amazon without going through their online version of a robotic menu that usually doesn't have the thing that's wrong to pick from. I still got not reply from Amazon about the micro SD card they claim was delivered. I guess it was stolen from my mailbox which is the on the street kind.Other than that, what can one say about crimping sleeves? These look high grade and should do the job so, baqrring an almost forty eight buck charge appearing on my card I am okay.If they want me to send five hundred of the things back they can send me a prepaid envelope and hope that I notice it in the mail.Buy these crimps if you need crimping sleeves.

I've crimped mono to Fluor, mono to braid in a single barrel and they hold great. Made my own leaders and saved a lot of money. I really like them on my Fly rod. Passes through guides with no hold up. If you're looking for a fast way to make loops this is the answer. I am using a BOOMS fishing crimp that is perfect with these barrels. Using size #1. Read sizes and amounts in drop down to get correct amount.

Purchased to make walleye stinger hooks. 20lb test just hardly slides through doubled up, so it is perfect for the non crimped side of the stinger. A single knot holds it together just fine, any larger I would need to tie a double knot.
