My first order for this stool (took roughly a week) turned out to be a box with just the stool/wheels/frame and no screws/nuts/washers that was delivered on 02-21-25. I made a complaint and requested a return/reorder to give it one more shot. 02-22-25 I dropped off original order to be sent back and about 4 hours later received new stool with everything in it. Giving it 5 stars for prompt fix from my original 1 star. Stool seems sturdy for what it’ll be needed for and price is what I’d expect for comfort/quality.

Took a little time to put together, I used my own socket set. Seems to work well. Will update if things change.

This unit was super easy to assemble. Is very sturdy, and equally efficient in assisting me with my tasks that are near the floor.My knees and hips are much better with this unit available.

Update: the company proactively reached out to me apologizing for the issues and offered me a full refund without having to ship back the broken one. Great customer service!Vertical supports for the seat are molded plastic that collapsed. I did not abuse and am not heavy at all.2 drawers that hold tools are removable but they fall out very easy when you least expect it.

I got this as a gift for my husband to use working on his lawn mower, four wheeler and car. He just needed something small to move around when working in the garage. This product has saved a great deal of wear and tear on his knees and a real back saver. This fit the bill perfectly. This stool is not too heavy and a good height. Very easy to assemble & took about 10 mins. Arrived in excellent condition and on a timely basis. The tool tray is very handy, it will hold his tools & keeps it from placing on the ground and losing sight of them. Wheels run freely and smoothly. It is made of very sturdy plastic seat, comfortable and had metal supports under it. The red & black color stands out, it's a great looking stool. Good product for a good price. Hubby would absolutely recommend it!
