Overall, it does the job for me and is certainly inexpensive. I keep the earphone volume at maximum and the clarity of the other person's voice is high, much better than the clarity of cordless handset headsets. That's the critical factor for meBut, when I tried to use the headset hanger I found the foam pad stuck in the channel so it came off when I removed the headset. My solution is to leave the headset sitting on the desk and ignore the hanger. It's a cheap headset and not comfortable for continuous use, but the high clarity compensates.More importantly, for me at least, is the instruction manual. There's no explanation of what a the codes are: local, p, and IP (I assume the last is for a voip phone). I guessed that the local code is the US area code yet I still have no idea what a 'pcode' is; my web searches are futile.Overall, it's good enough to be used for my prospecting calls and a fraction of the price of a Plantronics keypad/headset.

I needed this phone for my line of work. I looked around and finally found this one recommended by an employee of my business. Let me say that I have not regretted the purchase for one moment. I use this item consistently 6 days a week and it is upheld its weight in gold. It was packaged very carefully and Amazon shipped the item very quickly. The manual that is included is very thorough so I was able to set it up with no difficulty at all. This product has been very reliable and excellent durability. I have a daughter that loves to "play" with the headset portion since I just leave it in my workstation drawer. She loves to open the drawer and act like she is an operator and the headset portion of the item has held up very well....even for a 4 year old to play with.I love all the features of this phone for my customer service business and it complies with the dialer I am using with the call center features of the phone. There has been no interference or noise issues. I love the feel of the mic foam and how it conforms to the contours of my facial shape and it very very durable. Whether I wear the mic on the left or right side of my head, it is still comfortable. If you are looking for a durable, yet inexpensive headset that does not compromise quality, please do not hesitate to purchase!!! I waited purposely to post this review because I have purchased other headset phones that did not last this long. I am very very satisfied with this item!!! Thanks AGPtEK for a wonderful product!

- Overall I like this unit; the volume control is a feature I looked for, and that works well and smoothly. It's got a lot of functionality that I don't really use ... I just wanted a headset phone and this was inexpensive. All the things I have used have worked well and been easy to figure out. The display is informative and easy to read. I haven't tried the "Rec" jack to see how it works because I don't care if I can record with it or not.- It's ringer is too loud in my opinion, even on the lowest setting, but seriously that is my opinion and I won't ding it for that. At least it is adjustable. (grin)- It's only down side is it's powered from the phone line and it keeps losing power, which erases the call history, the current time, and any custom settings I may have, like LCD contrast. Where the rubber meets the road this is not a serious problem, and it's never dropped a call. It only seems to happen when it rings, which makes sense, that would be the most power draw. I don't care enough to return it, truthfully, because other than that one little thing it works absolutely flawlessly.

Perfect little size that does exactly what I expected.Rings very loudly, Can hear callers clearly, Has a back-lit screen, doesn’t feel cheaply made although it is Made in China!If your working from home like I am an need a phone for your home office, this is perfect! I have to type while on the phone, so headset is very nice to have. You won’t regret this purchase. Does not require a power cable, only the standard telephone cable. Works with my Grandstream HT-802 right out of the box, no setup required besides to set the time which is really easy with the English instructions.You won’t find a better phone with a headset! I searched for hours before deciding on this and so happy now!

I bought this due to me working from home the price was good and the review seemed pretty decent as well. I received the product I read the instructions and watched videos to make sure I set it up correctly. I tried for hours to get it to work it NEVER turned on I called my provider to ensure it was not a problem on my end. They verified that my phone line is working so I returned it and Amazon sent me a new one. I got the new one and the exact same issue IT WONT TURN ON. To say the least it’s cheaply made nothing that impressed me the headset would probably end up breaking within less than 6 months ,the padding on the headset is a joke might as well by replacements when you order it. also the stand to hold them is cheap it won’t stay connected to it you’re better off just not using it. I don’t recommend I will never purchase from this company again!! Waste of my time this is definitely you get what you pay for!

the ring on it is horrible high pitched urgh, but the other features make up for it I guess for the price its a good starter, did hook up it seems clear talking, they heard me well on another end , OH don't do the music hold button OMG The worse music not even elevator stuff well Its a good starter product for cheap will be going to get a better one once I get my pay. I do like the headset tho comfy.. they really need to change the features on this tho

Llegó en tiempo y forma, funciona al 100,la calidad del audio es regular pero si debo reconocer que reduce el ruido externo,es suave la esponja y no lastima la diadema. Ya llevo casi tres meses usándolo y todo funciona correctamente.
