These things are incredibly high quality for the price, I expect I’m likely going to replace my car before I have to replace these. They look good, have a solid weight to them, lock securely, and come in nice metal colors. They’re so good that I’m actively trying to replace more of my carabiners for other (non critical/nonload bearing) things with them since I trust them to hold up to the abuse. I can’t recommend them enough.

I like the brassy color. It is a coating so it will wear off where the rivets rub and wear the hook rubs on stuff. If you like patina, you may be into that. By the weight, I believe it to be aluminum under the brassy coating.The locking function is great. It's just large enough I can actuate it with moto gloves on, though it is a bit tricky with the extra bulk on my fingers. Without gloves, it's easy and very tactile. It is small enough to go well with more formal outfits as well, provided warm metal fits the vibe.The ring itself is very sturdy.

Unlike most carabiners I've had, this one comes off without snagging on what you've secured it to (belt, beltloop, pocket). It doesn't accidentally release, very secure. Even with my arthritis, one-handed operation is possible. The double release isn't complicated or heavy and barely larger than a comparable sized carabiner. On a personal note, the finish i chose isn't flashy and the price was very reasonable. I bought 2, but i Seriously doubt I'll be giving the other away as I'd originally planned..😈

I have tried many key clips and this is one of the best!I have items on my key chain (pocket knife, small torch etc.) that I have to remove from time to time. I don't like to mess with things and like to keep a little order. This has helped keep my things organized, secure and handy.Pros- Sturdy been using this for months and it still functions like the day I got it.- Form and function. It is easy to access and is still secure keeping the items where they are at.- Secure. I have not lost anything yet.- Simple to access your items. For the past couple of years I was using the cheap carabiners for my keys. Recently, though I’ve been hearing a lot about how easy it is for someone to steal those so I wanted something a little sturdier. Since this product has the extra part that needs to be pushed down I thought it would give it a little more security while hanging from my belt loop. Also, the solid part that holds the keys means that it’s more difficult the remove the keys from it. Only thing I’ve noticed is the weight is heavier than I would’ve thought.
