The corner of the room a was grim and dim area dedicated to a work station. It was as unwelcoming as my grandmother's house. For reference, my grandmother once left instructions for the children to not wrinkle perfectly made the beds. We were only there for an afternoon.After happening upon a cheerful little desk and pastel oriental rug in the dump pile of my apartment, I began to give the corner the cheering it so desperately needed. My grandmother also needed cheering up, only she was more determined to never be happy and so, no one ever tried.I sought to make the space comfortable, resourceful, and colorful. I needed a cooling pad that could accomplish a few objects: lift the computer for comfort, bring cheer to the corner, cool the computer, be packable, and be cute. This pad accomplishes everything except it is more cool than cute (no pun intended). My computer is warm to the touch, but not hot.It is quieter than the built in computer fans, as colorful as a disco, as packable as anything is if you have a suitcase large enough, and very cheerful. I'm sure my grandmother would hate it.

I had this for over a year and it works great. It's quiet, and lights are super bright, only uses USB to operate so I recommend for max power of the fans is to plug the USB to a power brick that's connected to a powerstrip. If you use your computer to power it your fans won't blow as hard for max cool air. I also recommend keeping your gaming environment around 75°F so you can get maximum cool breeze through your computer. I hope this helps because it helped me. Game hard people.

It works, it's not super loud. Lots of settings for the RGBs... but you can't shut the RGBs off either without shutting the device off completely. Also it has no memory, so it doesn't remember if it was at 6 or 2 or whatever. Which I find annoying. But it's a small annoyance.

The RGB side lighting is bright and vibrant. The various modes for it are fun to cycle through. The fans are whisper quiet, just as advertised. They also provide a good amount of air flow to keep my laptop cool.A couple of notes that I think should be kept in mind for any future upgrades to this product are:1) A brightness adjustment for the side lighting, and not just the on/off setting would be fantastic.2) I believe that the included USB cable should have the heads be at 90 degree angles, as to be more space saving.

I have a new 2024 Rog Strix 18" gaming laptop, and it's too big for this. It hangs off the back, the feet aren't on this at all.I'm not a fan of the USB A to A - I would have preferred having this powered by a normal cable since I need my USB ports. So that's another level of annoyance, but it seems they all use the laptop for power, rather than some other power source, so I'm stuck with it.The fact that this does NOT fit an 18" makes my laptop a bit unsteady on top of it, but only if I do too much pressure towards the back of the laptop while it's on this pad. For most gaming that won't be an issue, so I may or may not keep it.I thought I had read somewhere that it will persist the last LED settings but it does not, I have to change it every time it's powered back up.I will likely return this to try to find one that actually fits an 18" laptop as this claimed to do.

For the price it really is solid, the lights are very clean, I have a legion 3080 ti so it def gets very hot playing heavy games, it drop my average od 80-90 degrees by 10-15 , so for the price this definitely helps maintain the life of ur laptop

This cooler did not sufficiently cool my 18inch gaming laptop (core i9-13xxx, mobile 4080). Otherwise it is light and not too loud. I went with a larger and louder Ilano product ASIN B0CMTCB8Q6
