Let me start off by saying the machine was missing the charging cord. Of course I was disappointed, but if you knew me it's par for the course lol. I immediately tried to contact the seller. In this case Amazon was the contact for the seller. They contacted the seller with the issue and the seller reached out very quickly. They sent out a new cord. The customer service i received was absolutely great. The cors came fairly quickly. Now onto the device itself. I was definitely skeptical because of the price compared to others.It is winter as we all know, so I filled up my bathtub. Put a bunch of things in the tub rice, coffee grounds, and some ash. This thing is a beast. I am very happy with the performance and can't wait to use it in the pool this summer!

**BUYER BEWARE** - UPDATEDI noticed the seal was broken on the box before I opened it. As soon as I saw it I could tell it wasn’t just used, it looked like it was several years old. And it was full of debris from recent use.UPDATEAfter returning the used product and getting a full refund, a customer service rep reached out to me via email. She was very concerned with my experience and she offered to give me a brand new product free of charge. I told her that the item was probably undersized for my needs so I wasn’t interested, but then she offered to give me the next size up at no charge. The Scuba E1. I just received it and tried it out and it’s much better suited and does a great job. It’s quite an upgrade to my older model that I was trying to replace. Thank you for the excellent customer service and turning a bad experience into a great one. Much appreciated.

Good pool vacuum for out above ground pool. Be aware that this our second one as the first one worked for less than 1 1/2 years. There is no warranty available on the site so be advised. But for the price it works well. Easy to use and manipulate.

A great cheap alternative to the more expensive automatic cordless pool cleaners. Does a great job and also parks itself at the surface when done. Makes keeping my pool clean less of a job, that goes a long way towards making the owning of a pool enjoyable.

We were able to try this pool cleaner in my parents large hot tub. I did not see anything in the instructions about how it fairs in heat, so we turned the heat off the hot tub first and let it run in lukewarm water. The vacuum cleaner was a pretty decent size and able to clean the bottom of the hot tub. It functions fine and I think it should be able to clean a larger surfer area, like a pool, without any issues. I am pretty happy with the instructions and the ease in which I got this vacuum going almost immediately. The best part is that this vaccuum is cordless, so there was no hassle with any cords.

I just drop this little guy in, and it does the job without me lifting a finger. No cords, no setup, just clean water. The self-parking feature is a nice touch since I don’t have to fish it out when it’s done. It’s lightweight, so moving it around is easy.It does well on flat surfaces, but if your pool has slopes or uneven spots, it might miss a few areas. Also, the battery takes a while to recharge, so back-to-back cleanings aren’t an option. Still, for simple pool maintenance, it’s a solid way to cut down on effort.

The robotic pool cleaner does a great job cleaning the pool with minimal effort. It’s easy to use and parks itself, though it may miss some spots in larger pools.
