This is what a compressor hose is supposed to be. It's supposed to be flexible and almost impossible to kink when under pressure.Okay, sure, I used one of those phone cord coiled ones with a little hot dog compressor I once had. It was frustratingly short and kept trying to get twisted, but it lasted for years that way. It kind of irritated me that it did, because I was planning to get one of this kind when it failed, so I was hoping it would fail faster. But this, this I know will last much longer. I got a shiny new compressor, much larger, on wheels, that I paid quite a bit of money for, and I wasn't about to cheap-out on the new hose. Now that I have this one, which is my favorite, I have 2 hoses totalling 150 ft. Now, I wish I'd gotten more of these ones for the other 100. This one has the strength and flexibility, and it's lighter, so it's the one on the tool end. I probably should use a leader hose, but I like this one, and with swiveling fittings it doesn't twist or fight me or pull back or any of the annoying things some others I've used did. It's just plain compressor hose perfection for anyone who doesn't go over 300psi, which is almost everybody with almost any pneumatic tool, really. Even roofing and framing nailers, grinders, sanders, and even sandblasters normally max out under 130psi, they just need bigger tanks, so this hose has it handled. I never did feel good about using even a pin nailer with a plastic coil hose. It felt rinky-dink and dangerous, especially compared to the real "equipment" feel of a good hose like this one. It's got the feel of the nicest new rubbery-blubbery shop hoses, but it's quite a bit lighter and easier to move around. Then, to drop a cherry on top, they made it Purple!Total Winner.

I ordered this Furesn air hose because I can never have enough hose. Using too much electrical cord for a portable air compressor can cause voltage drops that may burn out your compressor, so it’s always better to add hose rather than extension cords. If you only have a bolted-down shop compressor, you don’t have a choice, which is why I always keep extra hose on hand for reaching the farthest job site. The purple color immediately caught my eye, and it’s just as bright in person, making it easy to spot in a busy workspace. The hose is lightweight yet durable, providing the flexibility of rubber without the extra weight. Even in cold weather, it remains easy to coil and uncoil with minimal kinking. The construction feels solid, rated for 400 PSI, making it more than capable of handling high-pressure air tools. Most tools are rated at just 125 PSI, which is well below this hose’s capabilities. One of my favorite features is the molded strain relief sleeves on both ends, which help prevent wear and extend its lifespan. The solid brass fittings are well-made and connect smoothly without any leaks. The included universal quick connectors attach securely with no issues.Overall, this Furesn air hose is a well-made hybrid alternative to traditional rubber hoses. It’s durable, flexible, and a great value for the price. I see no reason not to recommend it, and I expect it to hold up well over time.

This review is for "Air Hose 3/8 in x 10 ft, Heavy Duty, Lightweight, Kink Resistant, Hybrid Air Compressor Hose with 1/4 in Solid Brass Male Fittings, Bend Restrictors, 400 PSI(10FT, Purple White)", Furesn Part Number ‎XSG3/8-Purple White (ASIN B0DPMSJ7LK). Title and ASIN are included in the review because sometimes reviews get re-sorted and are no longer associated with the correct product. The Furesn Air Hose shipped quickly and was packaged reasonably in a padded envelope. Within the padded shipping envelope, the Furesn hose arrived sealed in shrink-wrapped plastic. With the shrink-wrap removed, the hose was held coiled with more clear plastic which also covered the fittings. I measured the tip-to-tip length at 124in, so the hose itself is 10ft long, plus fittings.I ordered the Furesn Air Hose for use with a small compressor I have in my garage. This hose will replace a cheesy, 25ft plastic-only, lightweight and easy-to-kink hose. I don't use this compressor for much more than inflating tires and blowing off dirty tools, but I did want a more heavy-duty hose which is less likely to be damaged or kinked with rough handling. The Furesn does seem well made and heavy duty. I really like the bend restrictor at the fittings! I tested out the Furesn with an air chuck and did not notice any air leaks. I like the purple color as well. Works for me!

Quality appears to be fine; it's on par with other hoses of this nature. The connections are fitted well on both intake and output ends. The housing around the connection ends seems to be a bit rigid and not as flexible as I prefer. The hose itself appears to be around the mid-grade variety, it is not as supple in the cold weather (below 20 degrees). I do not have a heated garage so that seems to always be an issue unless you feel it is worth spending 3 or 4 times more for a high end/high quality cold climate only hose.Overall, it does the job just fine, and easy to use in the warmer weather, only have an issue with stiffness during the colder months and I do not use an airline for much in the below freezing time frames of the year.As with any air hose I've owned in the past, only time will tell after it has been used repeatedly through hot and cold weather. If I note any major flaws I will come back and update.

My old rubber air hose had started to peel and crack, and whenever I picked it up to roll it back up it left my hands black from touching it. This new air hose fixed that problem, and my girl loves the color purple so she likes it too.

I found this to be a great, high quality air hose to use with my air compressor. I use it mainly for nailing guns and filling up tires. The material is softer, like rubber, instead of the firmer and harder normal synthetic materials.I would order this again.
