These snares work great. Yes you can make them yourself for a little less but it's worth it to save the time and just get professional quality ones for a couple bucks more.

These worked great on our trip to Oregon. The snares hold onto the crab every time. Perfect size cage for chicken legs. We had a lot of action and fun.

Looks good will try it out tomorrow, I would be better it it had a an attached leader of 100# to attach your lead line to.

Sturdy, well made, everything you want in a crab snare. For those who are new, you want the snare design with the loops facing up. These are them. The sturdy design gives these snares a nice long life.Do *not* tie your braided line directly to the snare, it will snap. Make yourself a leader with some weedwhacker wire.

I used this snare for the first time this weekend. It's really well made. The metal cage is thicker than other brands. Also, the loops are made with thicker line which keeps them standing up. I highly recommend

I’m impressed of how quick this made it from the USA to the uk and the quality of these are very very good so I can’t wait to put them to use and catch some fresh crabs 👀🤣Over all I would highly recommend to anyone debating on the price because I was unsure but went ahead and bought them and I will be honest I’m very impressed and can’t wait to try them out
