The leak happened the first weekend that we used it. The kids were so disappointed,as we are also. For the price, we just expected more. I know that it's return time but we were down at the lake for the fourth of July. We forgot to bring the towable with us. We were back this weekend and boxed it in hopes of swapping for another. Please make an excepection. The leaking at the seam, so know not its not from riding or abuseText or call me with your answer

We own 3 tubes; Super mable, super slice, and this tube (Quadra Cruiser). Outside of that we’ve rented and ridden multiple other tubes. Hands down this one is our favorite and the kids love it too. We still have young kids and they’re commonly hesitant to ride our other tubes but they all love this one. They feel more secure ensconced in their own little divided section and the wide profile of the tube makes it feel more stable. So far it hasn’t flipped yet and we’ve pulled it we jet ski’s cornering hard at 20-30mph.One thing to be aware of however. You must have riders move towards the back of the tube and lean back when taking off to get it up on top of the water, otherwise it will submarine. However, once you get it on top of the water it does great. Going slow it does great too, just important to have riders lean back when going from 5mph to 10+mph.We also use a booster ball tow rope, so not sure if this tube would have problems with the submarine effect with a normal tow rope; however with our tow rope and riders leaning back on take off; this tube is a total blast. Would def buy again, and probably will again once ours dies.

I mean, c'mon, look at how fun it is! This has already brought many laughs and allowed for good breaks from watersports. We have had several passerby's even wave and give thumbs up when they see it inflated. the Tail is a highlight for sure!! Great for any anxious water user, very sturdy ride and stays behind the boat.
