Needed these to teach really young players aggression and hustling after the ball. Very durable and they take some unpredictable bounces which is exactly what I needed. The kids has fin too!

This is great for practicing your reaction and change of direction! You can even use it with other people, tossing it back and forth, so you don’t have to work out alone (lol). I use this to practice reaction timing with my 60 year old mom and she loves it… Unrelated but my dog also loves this thing!!! I’m glad it comes with three balls in a package so I could dedicate one to my pup, but we’ll see how long it lasts. Overall, tons of fun and helpful to practice change of direction.

My kids love this, but they don't know that I'm actually training them to react to the various bounces. I'm working on their hand-eye coordination, balance, fast-twitch muscles, and balance when we're playing with this ball.

My sons a hockey goalie and loves to use these for work his hand/eye coordination! Word of advice…use them as an outside toy/trainer, they definitely have wicked bounces.

Both of my boys play baseball, they love playing with these and try to catch them. They try and see how many in a row they can catch and same time working to improve reactions.
