Reading the description I was not aware the mesh front was a solid cage. I am not an airsoft guy but wear a balaclava when I am clearing brush with a string trimmer. The full face protection keeps the little bits that fly from stinging my face as bad when they hit, lol, it also helps with sweat management. The downside is the safety glasses fogging up sometimes. This balaclava solves all that. I get the face protection I want and free breathing to eliminate the glasses fogging. The fit is pretty good on my average size head. I would like a bit more neck length, but it is sufficient. The fit is good also, it conforms well with no "slack" spots. I am very happy with my selection.

Honestly its really lose on the face its not the best mask I've ever used and for one that made for Airsoft I feel like it should be tighter around the head to stay on your face because it kinda falls and is loose and not the best quality mask I have ever had so I I wouldn't get this one if your planning to airsoft with it!

The concept is great, but the execution is lacking. My head is of an average size, so I don't know why this fits so loosely. The mesh mask itself is very strong and durable. The camo print is pretty spot on compared to my pouches. I am just so confused as to why it was made to be so large.I am 6'2" and 180lbs, there is no reason this is too big for me.
