PRO. Product used to hold a 50ft rope light along a ceiling of a recently remodeled covered Deck. Clips securely hold rope light in the desired position at deck ceiling. Half inch clips worked perfectly for securely holding a half inch diameter Rope Light.CON. Small Philip head screws required micro size screwdriver to accomplish install.

These are worth buying for rope light installation!!! The ones that come with the rope lights are flimsy, but with these they fit tightly and you can pull on the rope light to make sure you get a nice straight line!!! I originally ordered them bc I used up all the brackets that came with my rope lights and they were not enough. I have replaced the ones that came with my rope lights with these and they make such a difference!!! These are my go-to when putting up my rope lights!!! Definitely recommend!!!

But the screws are hot garbage and strip themselves while you screw them in. Once they go in, they're not coming out.

I installed and 33 foot rope lighting on my deck and used the Clips to hold in place! Installation went quickly and the clips really do hold the entire 33 foot length perfectly straight and look professionally installed. Each clip has two screws so very strong. Heading in to winter weather, but believe the clips will hold up very well. Would recommend purchasing to anyone stringing led rope lighting. Mine is under the railing along the entire outside of my deck, and the soft or more yellow lighting we purchased really gives the look of our new deck a classy look!
