This bag is better than the other mesh duffel bags on Amazon at this price point.Pros:- Rubberized mesh- Robust zippers- Can accommodate ALL of your scuba gear except the oxygen tank- Has two drain holes at the bottom of the bag- The bottom of this bag is NOT meshed (good because durability and it limits the amount of sand getting in your bag)- Tarpaulin interior- Shoulder pad has an ergonomic curveCons- Not double stitched..but looks good- Shoulder strap pad feels like cheap plastic and doesn't feel durable(this particular contact point should be vinyl/rubberized)- Should strap is not made of car seatbelt material(this would be the best material for this type of duffel bag and your customers would appreciate it).AKONA engineer staff, if you're listening then please consider the above review for your future products, thank you and I am happy with my purchase.

I use it for my Free dive gear, holds a lot, well vented so everything dries and easy to carry.

Mesh broke after a year of use. Everything else held up great, just the mesh separated at the stitch seam making it useless.

This bag is big enough for me to carry all my gear! (2 sets of fins, booties, wetsuit, bcd, reg, lights, gopro, and misc). The bag itself is really sturdy. My only issue with it is that the straps that the shoulder sling is ancrod to are not sowed into the surrounding mesh. So, when I threw the bag onto my shoulder, the strap popped off. The handles are fine but just a poor job in designing the weight capacity of the shoulder strap.Over all, a great bag but just not the shoulder strap.

I bought this to replace my older Akona bag that I used heavily for the last ten years. The older model had a canvas bottom and was starting to wear out in spots. This bag is a little larger than most brands and I love the two cinch straps that keep it compact no matter what amount of gear you put in it. This new model has a rubberized bottom which seems very nice but too soon to know how well it will hold up. My experience with Akona products has always been positive and I am hoping that this bag holds up and lasts as well as my previous one.

It made our lives so much easier for transporting BCD's. We can actually put 2 full sets of dive gear in this bag. The quality is amazing. We have not 1 complaint except for why didn't we buy it sooner!

This bag is big! It will easily fit all of my gear for the day, including the BCD. In the past my bags would fit everything besides my BCD and it will still be tight. I'm definitely looking forward to using this bag. Like all my Akona bags it is made incredibly well, should be very durable, and should last for years and year. They're expensive, but in my experience worth it. This is my third Akona dive bag (reg, weights, and now general storage).
