Made chicken gyro for husband using this pan and it worked perfectly.I sprayed Pam on the pan and skewer then lined the bottom with foil for easy cleaning and it worked as well. Happy with purchase and looking forward to using it on the grill next time.

Nice size. Comes with three threaded rods to screw into to skewer your meat. Stainless steel is nice and thick, does not feel flimsy at all. No plastic I can find on here so feels like it's definitely oven safe to very high degrees. I plan on using this even as a stove fry pan or a oven dish. The protrusion for the anchor is not difficult to work around.

Never used one of these before, but so far, it's been great! It functions well and it comes apart for cleaning. Assembly was easy, and using it is even easier. It is pretty versatile for what can be cooked on it, whole chicken, or stacked and sliced and marinated meat. Great value for the price.

This vertical skewer pan is solid, good quality, and easy to wash. 10 inch skewer is tall enough for plenty of protein servings. The pan holds the drippings to minimize mess. We've used it for meats so far, and have been pleased. We just lower the racks and use it in our oven.

I have made the end product of this vertical skewer the 'hard way', which was basically gathering a few different pieces of equipment and making them stay together so I could cook in this manner. I did that after a trip to a Brazilian steakhouse, where this is a common type of cooking and presentation.Now that I have a dedicated, specific made product I will be cooking this way much more often. Makes a very impressive presentation at any gathering. Perfectly sized, with 3 different choices for height. Pan is not too thick, but not thin either. Handles are large enough to actually grab onto with mitts on and are solidly connected to pan. Skewers screw into the base securely and are perfectly perpendicular. While multiple slices of meat would be my preferred end product, you can really just skewer most anything using this pan.If you have a Big Green Egg (or similar smoker), you will WANT one of these.
