When received it was missing a major gasket. Reached out to them, and It was shipped the next day. Unfortunately after receiving the new gasket we fired it up, there was a issue with the controller they found after I received mine. They shipped it out along with instructions with in a day of contacting them. They stand behind there product and want you to. Infact I am looking In to the commercial version because of there quick response with issues, and because they ship parts that failed without changing shipping and handling. It would have been a 5 star, if the initial gasket was there!

Right in the middle of making wine it stopped working the light shut off on me and I lost all power to my still. Does anyone have a solution?

Very happy with this HooLoo still, high quality materials and workmanship especially for the price, modular design, great customer support, powerful heating element, works well, and it looks good regardless if it is running or just sitting there.

The still is beautiful and easy to assemble, but it's basically a giant paperweight. During the initial trial run, to clean the system before use, the thermostat switch burnt out after 5 minutes. I thought, "No problem, the company included a second one." I disassembled the system and replaced the switch, which ran correctly.On my second run, the system started just fine, but after about 15 minutes of running at 70 degrees, it started to smoke and blew the second switch. I have looked at the company's website, and a replacement part is not offered. I have tried emailing them for assistance and am still awaiting a response. I am now the proud owner of a huge, nonfunctioning paperweight.Only buy this contraption if you need a massive monstrosity as a paperweight.

Products works great and produces great spirits but it’s a fire hazard and the company admits it they had me rewire it after it caught on fire to bypass the temp controls module 😂😂😂😂😂
