I have gone through 16 of these boards from the same seller and I have gotten three working ones. Don't buy these you'll get mostly dead ones and it's just more frustrating than it needs to be.

Out of 6 on arrival, 1 worked totally normally and as expected; 2 needed a changed i2c address because the default wasn't registering; and 3 were, from what I could tell, dead on arrival.
