Nice lightweight holder. It comes with screws to install. I do wish it included an option to install with adhesive, because it is light enough to be installed in that way. Overall this item is exactly as described and pictured.

I really like that this dispenser is light in weight but it's also durable; and it accommodates seat covers perfectly. I don't like that it requires drilling holes because it comes with drywall nails otherwise, the seller's suggested alternative is to hang it directly on wall studs.
