Decent size: seems typical of most mats. (After months of use though, I think I personally would like a wider mat for my types of use.)Thickness is great: cushioning perfect for my boney knees, elbows, spine, and sitz bones.Blocks are supportive and stable/ wide enough for my use, even during restorative/ yin yoga.Mat is non slip when using, even with excessive sweating with core strengthening exercise.Easy to clean, just wipe down with damp cloth and allow to air dry.Durable for human use... but unsurprisingly sharp, long doggo nails running crazily across it will create scuffs and scrapes on the surface. 😉

I wanted a yoga mat that would be easy on my knees and this does it. It’s really cushiony and comfortable. I don’t slip around on the material like I have on some other mats, so I appreciate the stability too. It’s also really big, which is nice but might be annoying if you were limited in space.The material has held up well so far, but I’m worried it might breakdown sooner than expected. It’s already showing some signs of wear

I work out on this every day and I LOVE how soft it is. My last one was rough on my knees during workouts and yoga and this is just thick enough to where I can move and feel comfortable. I will say the only thing is if you sweat with the material it is a little hard to stay grounded and there is not a pattern to help you grip onto but other than that I like it

This is my first yoga mat so not much to compare to but not great. I was disappointed at the quality and seems a little small. I probably will use it until I can afford a nicer one.

Padding is wonderfully thick and very well made. The outer layer doesn’t flake off like cheap mats do. Then it rolls up and has its own strap to carry. Nicely made product for yoga.
