The "head" on a boat is the toilet/bathroom. Marine toilets are VERY delicate and can only handle waste and rv toilet paper. NOTHING else can be put down them without risking serious repair. This sign is a polite way of letting your guests know to be careful. We go one step further on our Houseboat. NO toilet paper period in the toilet. All paper goes in the can, only #1 and #2 in the toilet. Great sign, love it!
