I'm looking forward to my next bike ride with my phone front and center on the handlebar. I think the magnet on this phone mount is strong enough to hold my Pixel 9 xl. Both of the legs on the clamp move when the screw is turned, so it clamps quickly and is very strong. I discovered it has mounting holes on both legs of the clamp in different orientations. You can unscrew the arm and move it to the other hole for flexible holding options. This feature isn't mentioned in the instructions. There's a third threaded hole, but I'm not sure what you can use it for - its bigger than a standard 1/4-20 thread.The balls on the arm are knurled for a non-slip grip. Once you lock down the arm, it won't move. So, you also need to loosen the arm screw enough to reposition without grinding out the sockets. Included in the kit are 2 stick on magnetic rings. I didn't use these, but it's a nice addition for non-magsafe cases or items. It works great with magsafe cases. My pixel phone doesn't have magnets, but my case does and works great. Overall, it's a heavy-duty magsafe clamp for any of your mounting needs.

Recommended! The clamp has a wide range of motion, allowing for a large selection of mounting options. The bracket is easily adjusted to angle your device as needed. The magnetic plate is strong enough to hold my phone with no issues. This is in my every-day kit, when I'm out and about it's easy to use and set up for a shot if the mood strikes.

This mount is well made and solid. I removed the ball from the clamp so I could attach this to a female end, which works perfectly. The magnet is strong and holds the phone securely, while allowing it to rotate to view horizontally if needed.

I clamped it onto my monitor stand to see if it could handle its girth. Once I contorted and tightened it to the position I needed, it looked pretty solid. It rotates, reconfigures, and locks pretty easily. My MagSafe-cased iPhone 16 Pro Max isn’t coming off. It feels and looks like a piece of camera rigging gear to me. I could see this being clamped onto a golf cart or bag or even gym equipment and holding a phone without issue.

This magnetic phone holding claw works great. It's all metal and solidly built. This makes it easy to clamp it down tightly without having to worry about breaking it. Also, because it's all metal, there's nothing to bend, so there's no bouncing, the phone stays firmly in place. I have it hooked up to an elliptical, and this makes a huge difference. Also, this phone holder also makes for an excellent camera holder, too. The MagSafe plate is removable, revealing a standard 1/4-20 screw, just like what's used on a tripod.
