Dimensions are correct. It's metal so it pretty much shows up with a shipping label and no other packaging, no surprises there. One end of the tubing was dented but the plastic wrap around that side looked fine which makes me believe it was like this before it shipped. Unfortunately made about one foot of the tubing unusable.

Worked great to repair the crossmembers on an old snow bear utility trailer. The dents in the end of the tube from cutting can be straightened with a pair of vise grips easy enough. Only last 1†or so on one end anyway
