I spent just over 50 years in the construction business. Used this product on my Fifth Wheel TPO roof to take care of minor detailing of existing sealant as well as a few compromised joints. As far as application goes, it applied well and leveled as it should. I have caulked thousands of feet in my career, and this first use of this product proved to be a good one. Adhearance to the TPO was excellent and a slight overlap to a verticle surface showed no signs of sagging. Don't expect it to set up immediately. Do it and leave it alone, avoiding the temptation to put your finger in it. It has a longer cure time than acrylic latex products and silicone. Depending on the temperature, it will take several days to achieve a more solid set as it was designed to do. Our world is already way too fast. Use it and feel confident in the product, keeping in mind to clean any substrate thoroughly before application.

I purchased this product to use on my alpha roof and it has been a nightmare. I have contacted the manufacturer and confirmed the product I received was defective. There is expectancy of off gassing as expected, but not to this extent. The manufacturer is sending new tubes, but removing this product takes elbow grease and patience to not ruin the roof membrane.

We were told we needed to use this on our Brand New Toy Hauler Roof as a sealant, however it does not cover like Dicor, so I will only use Dicor where I need to make sure it will not leak, very sticky to work with, LCI needs to work to get this product to work like Dicor and then it will be better
