This is one of the best dryers I have ever installed, and at less than half the price I am incredibly happy with the value of it.

Got 4 in total for our restaurant, 2 was broken after we tried to install it recently during our renovation. Too bad it's to late for a refund. If it works, it works great, but 50/50 is kind of expensive for 275 each... if it works it's good, but it cost us money to install just to find out it doesn't work and we have to have a replacement.

I ordered two of these for hand dryers at our football stadium rest rooms. One box appeared to have been opened before. When we opened them one had a cord and one did not. This verified that the box had been opened before. One of the dryers never worked. I am trying to get it replaced but because I waited until spring to install, Amazon won't back the product. It is outside of 30 days. I have tried to call Alpine but so far it is impossible to speak to a human being and the product solutions support email address is not valid. Still waiting on a call back.

This hand dryer works better than other very expensive units. Very strong air stream that dries hands quickly. This has a professional finish and is easy to install, plug in or hard wire. We use this in a busy concession stand and customers love it. We are planning to purchase more.

Exactly what we were hoping for and more; these even have a blue LED light that turns on when you're drying your hands. I ordered two, and both of them work great.

There must have been an entire shipment of this particular defective item. Once wired up the only thing that works is the censor. Put your hand under the sensor and it comes on but no blower. Of the 2 purchased 1 of them you had to tap the motor box for the motor to turn-over and the other one never turned on at all. Company failed quality control on this one. Hopefully they fix the issue before sending out hundreds more to the market.
