First, we got the red fountain. It is beautiful, very sturdy, arrived well-packed, easy set up. Keep it mind, it is very heavy. The pump flow is easy to control. We have it on the lowest setting, and we have it on our back screened-on porch, resting on the wooden floor--next to the door to our kitchen. There is no splashing. It looks great, especially with the lights at night. Also, it SOUNDS great. We wanted the sound of splashing water on our porch, and we are very happy with it.Second, the customer service of the Alpine corporation is next to none. We experienced a problem with our pump--the connection to the pump wire was assembled backwards, and the supply tub to the top of the fountain fell off. A disappointment, but it happens. We contacted their customer service, which is easy, and they corrected the problem promptly and efficiently and politely. We only wish that automobile and appliance companies were as consumer-oriented.I would be happy to do business with this company anytime, both for the quality of their product and the quality of their service.

We returned the 1st one received, found multiple cracks on front & back within just few days. Loved the look & color so agreed to a replacement. Had read all reviews, both good & bad so was aware of issues people reported. Our 2nd fountain has been operating for approx 3 weeks. We love the way it works, however just discovered the paint finish is bubleling in multible places on the top & front at the waterfall area. Sadly, the finish is obviously ready to start peeling & will be a complete eyesore. Can’t believe a company in business of making water fountains can put out a product that lasts only a matter of weeks. Our prior fountain lasted 14 years. This Alpine Corp is inexpensive but buyer beware, you get what you paid for. Can’t recommend these fountains.

This looks better than in the pictures, but be careful of two things. This will chip very easily. Also, the hole in the back of the fountain is small. It would be very difficult to clean the inside. I have figured out other ways to clean the water out. they give you a small tile that you can cover up the hole in back where the cord is , but it does not remain in place so I don’t even use it. It works really well outside in the Arizona heat and all the birds love it. Would be perfect indoors as well.

I’ve only had this less than a week so I cannot speak to the longevity but it’s a great first impression. I was able to set it up by myself and it adds a nice sound and visual to my patio. There are a lot of tacky looking fountains available on Amazon so I am glad I found this one. No regrets in purchasing it.

I got if for I think £135 which is great value for its size. If you get it level the water falls nicely across the whole middle of it. Lights up too which is bright, very nice at night. Lovely sound as well. Bargain at £135.

Arrived 3 day’s earlier and a set it up within a couple of hours…looks great in my lounge…however it has to be perfectly level or the flow of water will come out the sides…I’ve added some extra pebbles on the top…just love it xxx

Much bigger than I thought. The color is great. We hooked up the pump and it started leaking. After turning on and off and adjusting the pump several times we noticed that the fountain is slanted so the water was coming out of the side. We now need something to place on the bottom so it is level. I would not use in the house now as planned due to fear of water damage. Disappointed overall and will access for a week and consider returning.

China made. Looked to be a good product , facing fell off on first use Left unsightly hole. Returned to Amazon awaiting return of monies.
