I ordered this fountain with the intention of having it outside, but when I put it together, I decided it needed to be in my living room where I spend the most time. It is so calming and relaxing to hear the water flow from one cup to another. There is no water splatter. It is beautiful and very well-made. It is versatile for your garden or a calming Zen atmosphere in your home.

I really wanted to like this but for the price I just cannot justify it. I wanted to send it back but there are stipulations as to the return that I did not see when ordering and I do no want to take the chance of returning the product and not receiving the full refund because they chose not to like the condition of the product or I might have to pay a restocking fee, or I might receive no refund at all and have nothing to show for it. Even though I am NOT happy with its functions it is a neat looking fountain.This fountain has very little to no sound so if you are looking for something that has a loud trickle this one is not for you. The hanging cups come with screens that you can use to keep debris out but these screens also decrease the sound of the water. The 38" tier of cups is top heavy so if something bumps it, it will topple over. Poor DesignI have had mine for about 3 weeks and it is already showing rust spots. The water line that feeds up the water fountain 38" and connects to the pump is a cluster mess. The pump is way too small to push enough pressure up 38" for a nice flow of water. The electrical cord and water line get in each other's way causing the water line to kink if your not careful when setting it up not to mention the aesthetics of the electrical cord that hangs up and over the rim of the bowl. The electrical cord should feed out through the side of the water bowl and not up and over. Poor DesignThe bowl Is pretty shallow and holds maybe ½ gallon of water which is not near enough in the southwest heat. As soon as the water siphons up 38" it drains almost ½ of the bowl water. The water evaporates and splashes out very quickly so I have been having to fill it up twice a day and then top it off a third time before going to bed so it will make it throughout the night without burning up the pump. I finally just unplugged it.For the price I absolutely recommend shopping around especially due to their refund policy. I follow all of Amazons Review guidelines for posting reviews and this is my second review for this fountain as my first review was rejected but do not know why. My first review stated the same as this review only I attached pictures in the first review and decided to leave the pictures out of this one to see if it would post.

The fountain arrived in perfect condition and was very easy to assemble. We had water flowing within minutes, much to the delight of the birds who perch on it and try to dip water from the stream. The sound of the splashing water is soothing, and we very much enjoy this addition to our garden.

We gave the fountain as a gift to a family member and when they received it, they had to go out and buy a pump because the pump that came did not work. The fountain itself was beautiful and they were very happy with it, but it’s sad to think you get a brand new item and have to spend more money to get a pump to make it work.

It’s just the right size. Absolutely love it. I had a smaller one to celebrate the end of my cancer radiation treatments 8 years ago. It wore out. Elated to have found this one! This was an important purchase which didn’t disappoint! Thanks!
