The first plant I got arrived with broken leaves at the base. I believe it was manhandled during the delivery process. I reached out to the company and I just received my cute replacement plant today! She looks in great health & wasn’t slammed around during delivery! Thank you!

The plant is a good plant except when they packaged it they didn’t give it a big enough package and broke the top 3 leaves horribly. I always have good plant reviews and this one disappointed me. The leaves are all done growing taller due to the damage and am very sad with the results. The value was good but the packaging was disappointing and didn’t seem like they cared for the plant.

Snake plant arrived in excellent condition. The box size is 18.5 inches long and longest leaf in plant stands at 12 inches from the base. It’s the perfect size for a small plant

I’m so happy that I ordered this plant! I was on the fence about it because there’s always some reviews showing sad looking dying plants that have been shipped through the mail, & I was afraid of what would be showing up on my doorstep. But I was surprised to find this plant not only doing well, but thriving! It’s even better than I hoped for. This means there will be more plants being shipped in my future!

The plant was packed well for travel. It wasn’t as full as what was shown, a bit puny. There was a tip that was damaged and needed to be removed. Which may mean that stalk won’t grow. The plus was a pup growing from the dirt!
