Great item. It is kinda slick as it is a double sided rule. It is very accurate. It helped me find the center point of my guitar body for bridge mounting purposes as the maple veneer is slightly off centered. it is a great value as it has 2 points of measure for a yard; one with 1/8" and one with 1/16" maybe up to 1/32" (not sure), one point of measure for most of a meter AND a center finding rule. All in all a great buy with easy to see numbers and light enough for regular duty projects.

One would have to really screw up to make a bad yard ruler. As long as the measurements are on (and they are), it all comes down to the metal and this is a beefy yardstick. made of aluminum, with English measurements on one side and a combo of inches and metric on the other. Holding the stick from one end, bowing is at a very minimum.

Bought this to be able to make perfect lines on sheet rock to cut it. It will last a long time
