Love using these things to make crab snares with. Before I used female spade connectors for my crab snare and it looked so cheap. When i found out about these couplings, life changer. Very sturdy and easy to use. I know I'm not really using these things for it's intended purpose, but damn it makes me feel better to use than using those female spade connectors.

I use these in theater rigging and decided to try them over the copper. I used an extra line just in case and also used some tails to catch any failure. So far so good.
