I bought this for my students to use on their Ag Shop boot jack project, and it worked out super! I bought one 4" roll and took it to a local metal fab shop. They sheared it into tapered blanks about 3" x 4" (one roll yielded about 40 blanks). Then my students drilled a hole in all four corners and attached the blank to the wood base of their boot jack. It gave the project a "big rig" industrial look and the kids loved it!

I used this to replace the stone guard on my enclosed trailer. The material was a great thickness for the application, about .025"thicker then what I took off the trailer. It was a bit coiled and had push it a little to get it flat. It was a bit hard to cut with tin snips but I was able to cut the length needed & cut 2 areas for clearance for beams. I did the project alnoe but if I had another person taking the blue film off would had been faster. I used self tapping screws and did not use the rivits. Over all it was a good chose for my project, I would order the width you need as cutting to a new width i believe would been way to hard to do with tin snips.

The bottom edge of the sheet metal on my cargo trailer was damaged and corroding. I used this to repair the bottom edge on both sides and it looks great now.I'm very satisfied with the quality of this diamond plate. The edges are all perfectly straight and well finished, and there was protective tape on each side to protect the finish. It looks very high quality, and comparable products I could find locally were many times more expensive than this.This diamond plate comes in a roll and it's important to carefully unroll and straighten it without out before installing so it will sit flat without having to use an excessive amount of fasteners. Each roll came with 20 rivets, which wasn't quite enough for my application so you may need to purchase more.I'm very happy with my results using this product and would highly recommend it.
