4 stars is for the standoffs only, which function as advertised and come with 2x clear flexible washers each to protect your art. As with any product that comes with drywall anchors, you should throw those directly in the trash, and instead use quality self-drilling anchors instead. The included anchors here failed 50% of the time and left the standoffs saggy. I replaced them with the self-drilling variety and everything is tight and perfect. I recommend a laser level for larger projects, and a punch to get the holes drilled perfectly on-center.

Junk. Set screws were machined horribly and kept breaking. Some of the clips didn’t have set screws at all. The finish looks very cheap, even for a budget conscious item. Save your time and move along. We ended up purchasing another style standoff/hanger and it is without a doubt a much better product. It was a little bit more, but as you can tell from the pictures, it does the job and is STURDY. The glass pictured is 1/4†glass cut with a finish edge 36â€x72â€.

They are alright, I would have liked to see better manufacturing tolerances, especially at this price point.It all goes together quite loosely including the set screws on the bottom. The milling on the shelf is rough and the back is missing the recess that most others have to allow space for the included wall anchors.

For handmade glass 3D art it was useful. They hold panels away from the wall and some adjustment possible for different thickness and angles. The Allen key fitting was a pain as it kept falling off while trying to tighten and did need 3 hands but happy with the strength and final stability. They don’t impact on the pieces too much either.

Then this is the perfect product. I thought these would be a readily available thing and easy to find but in the end it took a long search to find these stand-off mounts, but worth persevering. They do the job perfectly. Bought to display a fused glass art panel which is fragile, can’t be drilled and needs to stand away from the wall. Each fixing has a thin pair of translucent plastic washers which are very useful in protecting and gripping. Super-impressed with these, could only really be improved with a more precise machine fit between the two sliding components, as tightening the grub screws causes some movement. For the money, can’t complain at all. Highly recommended.
